Terms of use — SAMARIN AI STUDIO
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. General
Welcome to https://yurisamarin.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Yuri Samarin — SAMARIN AI STUDIO (the “Studio”, “we” or “Website Owner”).
Use of the Website, including browsing content, viewing projects, submitting an enquiry or following an external link, is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Using the Website confirms that you have read and accepted them. If you disagree, do not use the Website.
Plural wording is for convenience and includes all genders. Section headings aid navigation and do not affect interpretation.
2. Purpose and services
The Website presents Studio services, including AI videos, company videos, business advertisements, social content, concepts and scripts, virtual characters and presenters, animation, graphics, voiceover, video and sound editing, and other creative services.
Content is provided for general information and to demonstrate work. Website publication is not a binding offer, a commitment to accept a project or a particular price, or a promise of business, marketing or financial results.
3. Engagement and quotations
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, email or telephone enquiry does not by itself create a binding contract. A service engagement takes effect only after written agreement, quotation approval or contract signing, as applicable.
Scope, price, schedule, revision rounds, source materials, delivery, usage rights and payment terms are set in the specific quotation or project agreement. If these Terms conflict with a written client agreement, that agreement governs the relevant project.
Delivery times and prices shown on the Website are general estimates and may vary with complexity, client materials, response times, revisions, third-party platform availability and other circumstances.
These Terms do not restrict rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Law or other mandatory law.
4. AI-generated content
Some services and deliverables may be created or processed using AI systems and third-party services. The client understands that this is developing technology and results may be affected by technical limitations, platform terms and source materials.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, differences between versions or elements similar to other outputs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Studio does not guarantee absolute exclusivity of every generated element, trademark registrability or permanent availability of a specific model or tool.
Before publication, the client must check and approve text, spelling, facts, prices, marketing claims, trademarks, visuals, voiceover and all material details. Final client approval constitutes permission to publish, subject to the project agreement.
The Studio does not guarantee views, impressions, leads, sales, conversions or platform ranking unless an express, measurable commitment is recorded in a separate agreement.
5. Client-supplied materials
When providing a logo, image, video, voice, music, text, document, database, likeness, trademark or other material, the user or client declares that they hold the necessary rights or lawful permission to use and supply it for the project.
If material includes another person’s likeness, face, voice or personal information, the client is responsible for obtaining the required consents for use, editing, animation, reproduction or an AI-based version of that person. Do not supply material violating privacy, copyright, trademarks, reputation or any other right.
The Studio may reject material or stop work where there is reasonable concern that the requested use is unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringes rights. The client is responsible for claims arising from supplied materials or publication instructions, subject to law and the parties’ agreement.
6. Rights in deliverables
Ownership and usage rights are determined by the quotation or project agreement. Delivery of final files or a licence may be conditional on full payment.
Pre-existing Studio components, methods, templates, code, source files, prompts, processes, tools, expertise and third-party licensed components do not transfer to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.
Rights in platform, stock-media, font, music, voice and AI components are also governed by their third-party licences and terms. The Studio grants only rights it can provide under the agreement and applicable licences.
7. Website intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, rights in the Website and its design, structure, text, images, videos, animation, graphics, characters, logo, trademarks, code and displayed projects belong to the Studio or third parties authorising their display.
Do not copy, reproduce, download, publish, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, edit, create derivatives, reverse-engineer or commercially use Website content without prior written permission from the rights holder. Sharing links to public pages is allowed if it is not misleading and does not imply partnership or endorsement.
Portfolio projects may include client or third-party names, logos or materials. Display does not grant visitors a licence to use them.
8. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the Website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or test vulnerabilities without permission; cause unreasonable load through automation; collect information about other users; upload malicious code, spam or prohibited content; impersonate another person or business; or use the Website or its content in a way that infringes Studio or third-party rights.
The Website Owner may limit access in cases of misuse or concern about harm to the Website, users or third parties.
9. Third-party links and services
Links to WhatsApp, social networks, video platforms and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not fully control their availability, security, content or privacy policies. Use is at the user’s responsibility and subject to their terms.
Mentioning an external platform or service does not necessarily constitute a recommendation, endorsement or commitment by the Studio.
10. Availability and accuracy
We aim to maintain an operational, secure and current Website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation without delay or interference. We may change, remove or add content and services and suspend or end Website operation without prior notice, subject to law.
Human or technical errors and outdated information may occur. Please report errors so we can consider correcting them.
11. Limitation of liability
Users are responsible for using the Website and its information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use, reliance on general information, unavailability, external links or third-party actions.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for paid services is governed by the client’s specific agreement and applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Website is handled under the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it before sharing information.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Website Owner may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, services, technology or law. The version published when the Website is used applies; its update date appears at the top.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
Israeli law governs the Website and these Terms. Website-related disputes are heard by competent Israeli courts under the jurisdiction rules prescribed by law.
