There is no legal obligation to provide information through the Website. Providing it is voluntary and based on your consent. Without basic contact and enquiry details, we cannot respond, prepare a quotation or provide the requested service.

When requesting information, we will clarify, where required, its purpose, whether provision is mandatory or voluntary, the data controller and potential recipients.

5. Purposes of use

We may use information to respond and contact prospects or clients; understand business needs and prepare quotations; negotiate, contract and provide services; develop concepts, scripts, design, video and creative outputs using AI; manage projects and customer service and document approvals and correspondence; operate and secure the Website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse; improve services and user experience; produce statistics and measure performance; send marketing only where lawful and consistent with consent; and meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect legal rights.

We will not use information for a purpose incompatible with the one for which it was provided unless appropriate consent is obtained or the use is permitted or required by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website may use cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies. These small files or identifiers support operation, security, preferences, policy acknowledgement, usage analysis and performance.

Types that may be used include essential technologies for operation, security and user choices; preference technologies for settings and display; analytics technologies to understand usage; and marketing technologies, if enabled, to measure campaigns and tailor advertising.

The Website may load Google Fonts. This may connect to Google servers and transmit technical information such as IP address and browser details, under Google’s policy.

You can block or delete cookies in browser settings. Blocking everything may affect features or presentation. Where a privacy-preference tool is available, it can reopen the notice or update your choices.

7. Disclosure to providers and third parties

We do not sell personal information. Providers may receive or access it only to the extent needed to operate the Website or deliver services. This may include hosting, maintenance, security and backup providers; email, forms, communication, cloud storage and project-management services; analytics or advertising providers if enabled; Google when Google Fonts or other Google services are used; WhatsApp and Meta when a user follows a WhatsApp link; AI platforms producing scripts, images, video, voice, animation or creative material when necessary for an ordered service; professional advisers, accountants, lawyers or competent authorities where legally required or needed to protect rights; and a successor to the Studio after a business restructuring, subject to continued lawful data protection.

External providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Clients supplying production materials should avoid unnecessary personal information and ensure they hold the appropriate permissions.

8. Transfers outside Israel

Some technology providers may store or process information outside Israel. In such cases we will transfer information under applicable law and only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

9. Retention

We retain information only as needed for its collection purposes, services, the business relationship, accounting and legal requirements and defence against claims.

Generally, an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to 24 months after the last handling, unless justified otherwise or deletion is requested and permitted by law. Client and project information may be kept during and after the engagement for statutory periods and reasonable business or legal needs. Non-identifiable statistics may be kept longer.

10. Information security

We use reasonable, accepted technical and organisational measures to reduce risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security; we cannot promise complete immunity for the Website or communication channels.

11. Your information rights

Subject to law, a person may inspect personal information held about them in a database, personally or through an authorised representative. If it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, correction or deletion may be requested under law.

You may also request deletion, restricted use or an end to marketing messages. Requests are assessed under law, retention purposes and Studio obligations. We may request reasonable identification details to prevent disclosure to an unauthorised person.

Send privacy requests to the contact details in section 2.

12. Marketing messages

We do not send advertising through channels requiring consent except as permitted by law. If you consented, you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. Unsubscribing does not require deletion of information we must or may retain for other purposes.

13. Minors

Studio services are mainly for businesses and adults. If you are under 18, use the Website and share personal information only with a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge. We do not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from minors.
